IT'S MINE LIMITED SHIPPING POLICY

Name Stamp and Name Label orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer $6.00 NZD (including GST) flat rate shipping to NZ customers and free shipping to NZ customers for orders over $60.00.

All parcels are tracked and estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for NZ destinations. Due to restrictions in place due to the COVID19 pandemic and circumstances of the freight service provider, deliveries can be delayed beyond expectations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer tracked international shipping to overseas customers. Delivery generally takes 3-10 business days for overseas destinations. However, please note that further delays may occur depending on the COVID-19 restrictions and circumstances of the courier service providers.

International shipping charges for the United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom are available on our website but feel free to enquire via itsminelabelsnz@gmail.com for other countries as well.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. It's Mine Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at itsminelabelsnz@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
