REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAll products are photographed and undergo a quality check before dispatch. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way (i.e. smudged ink, cutting issues, etc), please email us within 10 days of item receipt at itsminelabelsnz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the itemâs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We print based specifically on the instructions and options chosen by the customer at time of placing the order. Please check your order thoroughly including but not limited to spelling, capital letters, font type and image at checkout before confirming your purchase.
Any orders fulfilled correctly to the details entered by the customer are non-refundable and we do not accept returns due to customer's change of mind. If you have not chosen the correct specifications for your item and you are not happy with it when you receive it, you are welcome to order another item with the correct specifications at your own expense.
