Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $6.00 (including GST) flat rate shipping to New Zealand destinations and we offer free shipping for orders over $40.
All parcels are tracked and estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
We offer international shipping to Australia. Please enquire via email@example.com for destinations other than New Zealand and Australia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. It's Mine Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All products are photographed and undergo a quality check before dispatch. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way (i.e. smudged ink, cutting issues, etc), please email us within 10 days after delivery via email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We print based specifically on the instructions and options chosen by the customer at time of placing the order. Please check your order thoroughly including but not limited to spelling, capital letters, font type and image at checkout before proceeding with your purchase.
Any orders fulfilled correctly to the details entered by the customer are non-refundable and we do not accept returns due to customer's change of mind. If you have not chosen the correct specifications for your item and you are not happy with it when you receive it, you are welcome to order another item with the correct specifications at your own expense.
