Name Stamp orders generally take 1-3 days from order to dispatch. Delivery may be delayed depending on the courier company circumstances.

- Please keep away from children as ink will not come off easily from skin.
- If a customer makes a spelling error or selects the wrong image when placing an order, any products made according to that order cannot be refunded.
- Name Stamps can have different results depending on how much force is applied when stamping and also on the garment materials. Any issues that are unrelated to the Name Stamp itself are not eligible for refund.

Digital drawings as well as photos of actual drawings are acceptable. We recommend uploading clear images and we will endeavour to print using colours closest to your uploaded image.
You can choose from our website font or your own handwriting which can be uploaded for us to print with your image.

Label shapes and sizes are fixed but layout may change slightly depending on the image and font provided - please refer to our product sample images.
Long names with 8 characters or more will have a smaller font size.
A drafted design will be emailed to you before printing begins. We can accept one request to make any changes to the draft.
